Аннотация

Among respiratory diseases, pneumonia occupies an important place in the overall structure of pathology in young children. An unfavorable course of pneumonia is associated with concomitant diseases: rickets, protein-energy malnutrition, congenital heart defects (CHD), and others. Diagnosis is often difficult, since the statistical pattern of such a disease combination is clinically close to its manifestations. Objective of the study: to examine the clinical and laboratory features of community-acquired pneumonia against the background of CHD and to develop diagnostic and prognostic criteria for the development of a severe course of pneumonia in young children with CHD
