Abstract

This article explores the impact of peer coaching on enhancing teachers' instructional practices. It examines the collaborative nature of peer coaching, highlighting how it fosters professional growth and encourages reflective teaching among educators. Through various case studies and qualitative data, the article demonstrates how peer coaching can lead to improved teaching strategies, increased confidence among teachers, and ultimately better student outcomes.
