Аннотация

Middle-distance running (800m to 3000m) requires a sophisticated balance between high aerobic capacity, anaerobic tolerance, and exceptional biomechanical efficiency. This article explores modern technological, pedagogical, and biomechanical interventions designed to optimize running technique. By synthesizing recent literature on kinematic analysis, wearable sensor telemetry, neuromuscular conditioning, and plyometric integration, this study presents a structured framework for coaches and athletes to refine stride mechanics, minimize energy expenditure, and mitigate injury risks during maximal and sub-maximal racing velocities
