The rapid evolution of modern educational systems demands that pre-service teachers possess not only specialized knowledge, but also well-honed life skills rooted in stable value systems. This paper explores the theoretical and practical foundations of developing life skills in pre-service educators through an axiological perspective. It examines key concepts such as axiology, competency-based education, and personality-centered pedagogy, and proposes pedagogical techniques to effectively integrate value-based instruction with the development of life skills. Findings suggest that an axiological approach serves as a methodological foundation for cultivating communication abilities, reflective thinking, emotional regulation, and decision-making among future educators. This framework contributes to enhancing teacher education programs and strengthening professional preparedness
