Abstrak

This paper explores the theoretical and applied dimensions of semantic and functional alignment in English and Uzbek internet terminology. Using a comparative framework, it analyzes the meaning equivalence and practical use of digital-related terms in both languages. The study also addresses the integration of English internet terminology into Uzbek, focusing on translation issues and levels of functional correspondence. The results offer valuable insights into the standardization of internet terminology and ongoing linguistic developments in the digital environment
