This paper explores the effectiveness of digital tools in enhancing communicative competence in English language teaching. In the context of modern education, digital technologies have become an integral part of foreign language instruction, enabling interactive, student-centered, and communicative learning environments. The study analyzes the role of multimedia resources, mobile applications, online platforms, and interactive software in developing learners’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Special attention is given to communicative language teaching (CLT) principles and their integration with digital technologies. The findings reveal that digital tools significantly improve students’ motivation, participation, and ability to use English in real communicative situations. Moreover, technology-enhanced instruction increases learner autonomy and creates more authentic language practice opportunities
