This article examines the role of pedagogical communication and the classroom environment in preventing conflicts within the educational process. Effective interaction between teachers and students is essential for creating a positive learning atmosphere, reducing misunderstandings, and promoting mutual respect. The study highlights strategies for fostering constructive dialogue, active listening, and empathy, as well as designing a classroom environment that supports collaboration and fairness. Emphasis is placed on practical approaches that help teachers anticipate and manage potential conflicts, ensuring a harmonious and productive educational experience. The findings suggest that a well-structured classroom environment, combined with effective pedagogical communication, significantly reduces the likelihood of conflicts and enhances students’ engagement and motivation
