Abstract

This paper explores the theoretical and applied dimensions of semantic and functional alignment in English and Uzbek internet terminology. Using a comparative framework, it analyzes the meaning equivalence and practical use of digital-related terms in both languages. The study also addresses the integration of English internet terminology into Uzbek, focusing on translation issues and levels of functional correspondence.
