As a result, new lexical units, abbreviations, slang expressions, and multimodal communication styles have emerged, reshaping how English is used across the world. The study analyzes how social media accelerates the spread of neologisms and informal vocabulary among native and non-native speakers. It also discusses how digital communication encourages brevity, creativity, and emotional expressiveness through emojis, memes, hashtags, and shortened grammatical structures. Furthermore, the article explores the impact of influencers and online communities in popularizing linguistic trends that gradually move from informal contexts into mainstream spoken and written English
